A new development is proposed for the 16-acre Greenside Estates Pond in the Cloverdale neighbourhood, in an area near the eastern edge of Surrey.

The narrow patch of green space that could be used for development at 19310 Fraser Highway is framed by Fraser Highway to the north, and low-density residential developments to the west, south, and east.

It is also mid-way between two potential future SkyTrain stations — 190 Street and 196 Street — of the planned Expo Line extension reaching Langley Centre, with a walking distance of fewer than 10 minutes to either station.
